Being a terrific source of vitamin C, Oranges are a powerful antioxidant.  It has detoxifying properties and essential minerals such as beta-carotene, potassium, minerals, magnesium vitamins and fibre.

An orange benefits our health in several ways and it contains no fat, cholesterol, sodium and has negligible calories. It makes a delicious and healthy snack or side option.
