    We are a market place to provide fresh & healthy vegetables, fruits, grocery, dry fruits, honey and region based specialty products to your doorsteps. You can buy our products on website and through App Google Play

    At the moment we are serving Noida & Greater Noida West (selected sectors), Indirapuram, Vasundhara, Kaushambi, Vaishali, Rajnagar Extension, Crossings Republic, NH 24 societies (Ghaziabad) and Mayur Vihar Phase 1,2 3, Vasundhara Enclave, CWG, IP Extension, Patparganj (East Delhi). You can find all area’s served by us under “Area Served” on the website.

  3. Do you also have offline stores?

    No, We don’t have any offline brick and mortar stores.

  4. Do you have any provision for bulk buying as a corporate / institution or business house?

  1. What is minimum order? And are there any additional taxes or charges on published prices?

    Minimum order is INR 399 per order. There will be no additional taxes and delivery charges on published price.

  2. How can I be sure of the quality of ordered Vegetables & Fruits?

    We have a very strict quality control on vegetables & fruits and make sure they are of superior quality, properly checked, hygienically washed and packed before it reaches you. You can refuse to accept or call us back within 3 hours of delivery for replacement, in case you are not happy and satisfied with our products.

  3. Can I change or cancel my order?

    Yes, you can change or cancel your order before checkout but once you paid for your order, its not possible to cancel the order.

  4. What if I receive my items broken, leaked or expired? Is it possible to Return ?

    We strictly follow NO QUESTIONS ASKED return / replacement policy in case items received by you are leaked, broken, damaged or expired within 3 hours of delivery. In that case, we shall be happy to replace the product at no extra cost or refunds can be provided if you don’t want the product again.   1. What all are available mode of payments for my order ?

    You can pay online by credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, PayTM and PayU money. We don’t offer COD (Cash on delivery).

    Yes, your card payment transactions on our website are completed via secured payment gateways. We do not store your card details at any given time.

  3. What is “Family Wallet” ?

    “Family wallet” is your prepaid deposit amount placed as credit which you can use to buy products online. We encourage you to buy our family package which adds total value to your deposited amount by 20-25%.

  4. How will I get refunds for unused deposit or in case of product return?

    Refund for your prepaid or online payments shall be sent back to your credit/debit card/netbanking as per your mode of payment in 8-10 days time. If you want refund back to your “Family wallet” it will be done in 24-48 hours.

    We have a dedicated team of personals to deliver your orders as per the time slots selected by you from the prescribed slots. Based on your location and address we have same day delivery slots. Kindly check on your order page.

    Referral link is generated after your first order.
    You will see a customer referral link at your Dashboard under MY ACCOUNTS after you login to FF portal.
    You have to copy and send this link to your referrals who would benefit from our healthy products. As a reward you will receive a shopping coupon worth Rs.250 per referral. Your coupon will be automatically reflected on your Dashboard once transaction is over.
